答： hello, the way to beach is only by stairs, 117 steps. it's aprrox 5 minute walk but it's easy for an elder person. Thanks

答： Hello! Yes there is a tube until the port and then a bus till here. It takes about one hour or a bit more and the bus runs until 20:30

答： Hi, the two rooms are indipendent and share the gaeden with the main house. Each room has its own space of garden and terrasse. The main house is reseved to the owners.

答： Yes! sorry for the delay but the message didn't appeare. You can get the bus 600 direction Monaco-Menton. two stops and you are arrived. The stop is Parking Saint Laurent d'Eze. have a nice day.
